The Brew Berry website currently accepts orders for delivery within India only. International shipping is currently not available.

An order will be considered accepted when Brew Berry confirms acceptance or begins processing or fulfilment, as applicable. Brew Berry does not generally directly store complete card details or confidential banking credentials processed securely by those providers. Customers should never share confidential information such as:

11Cash on Delivery

If Cash on Delivery ("COD") is offered, its availability may depend on the customer's delivery location, order value, courier serviceability and other operational considerations. Where COD is available, this option will be displayed during checkout.

Brew Berry may reasonably restrict COD availability in cases involving repeated refused deliveries, unsuccessful COD orders or suspected misuse, subject to applicable law.

12Shipping & Delivery

Orders are currently shipped within India only. International shipping is not available at present. Processing times, estimated delivery periods, shipping charges, tracking, failed deliveries and other shipping-related matters are governed by our separate Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

13Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because Brew Berry products are consumable products, returns and exchanges are restricted for hygiene, safety and quality-control reasons. Damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect or incomplete orders should be reported to Brew Berry within 48 hours of delivery.

Detailed eligibility requirements, supporting information, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms or the Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

14Order Cancellations

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Brew Berry as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to process a cancellation before dispatch. However, once an order has been packed, handed over to a courier or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the applicable refund will ordinarily be processed to the original payment method.

15Promotions & Discount Codes

Brew Berry may occasionally offer:
